If you're in need of a whole new look created by a brand new stylist, Marcela Walaszek of MW Salon, is a talented experienced professional that many clients clamor for. In business for 6 years, Ms. Walaszek accepts walk-ins, as well as new clients. Haircuts, color, low lights, highlights and perms are the services available at the salon.

Originally from Argentina, Ms. Walaszek has 18 years of experience and perfected her craft by working in salons in Plano, Alabama, Dallas and San Diego. It was during her stay in San Diego, while working in a salon in LaJolla, that Ms. Walaszek got an opportunity to style the hair of numerous extras appearing in the film, Titanic. Upon her return to Dallas, Ms. Walaszek put her talents to work in a French-style barbershop that catered to many well-known Dallas sports celebrities including professional basketball and football players Shawn Bradley, Troy Aikman and Darryl Johnston.

Continually educating herself on the newest and latest techniques and products in the hair care industry, Ms. Walaszek is diligent about attending classes and hair shows. As the owner of her own salon, she's also excited that she can use exclusive product lines such as terax, I.C.O.N., Secret, Scruples and Pearatin.

Our elegant and relaxing salon is located at Salon Boutique and is open Monday through Saturday by appointment.
